1. Acceptance of Terms

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your mln777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your available balance subject to satisfaction of all applicable requirements.

13.2 Termination by mln777

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases, and we may confiscate any remaining account balance if termination results from your breach of these Terms.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. We reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts with positive balances, with such fees deducted from the account balance. 15.3 No Waiver
